  1. Rooms reservations
  2. Room admin & control
  3. Car park tickets
  4. Daily van departure list
  5. All necessary & periodic reports
  6. All other paper work
  7. Maintaining the reception & information booth at the casino entrance
  8. Assisting guests to check in
  9. Assisting in F&B and other services in the VIP Room & Main Hall
  10. Handling guests’ problems
  11. Taking daily head count
  12. All the other work that is not handled by other sections
  13. Qualities of employee required
Presentable and cheerful
  1. Good PR skills
  2. Knowing the guests
  3. Knowing all existing promotions, programs, room guidelines etc
  4. Competence on the Easy Four & CRP System
  5. All procedures, policies & guidelines on room & other guests related matters
