• Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
• High School Certification required
• Entry mathematics
• Must be computer (PC) literate: Excel, Word, etc…
• English (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Same as APM
• Reporting to CSM
• Ordering fills and credits
• Maintaining discipline in the pit, in a fair and consistent manner
• Issuing disciplinary paperwork, and counseling of staff members involved
• Coaching and developing staff
• Ensuring the dealers and D/Is follow all Company Rules and Regulations
• Enforcing the dealing procedures on the gaming tables
• Monitoring table results and reporting significant swings in result to the CSM
• Ensuring that all Pit paperwork is completed accurately and correctly
• Random checking of table updates to ensure accurate reporting by D/Is
• Monitoring and taking action on affected tables (issuing “Shuffle B”)
• Keeping CCTV informed when required
• Immediately informing the Casino Shift Manager and CCTV of any suspicious behavior or incident
• Reporting on hourly table results (entering of results into the computer system)
• Allotment of dealers and D/Is on gaming tables and organizing breaks for all floor staff
• Identifying and monitoring potential VIP players
• Dispute settlement
